the videos shows the group dancing on the song kamariya. The healthcare workers and the patients can be seen doing the garba steps in a circle, as few patients enjoyed while sitting on their beds.
Iqbal Singh commissioner of the civic body, says that “the patients were celebrating on their own in the ward along with healthcare workers, and they were feeling happy. As it was a sign of happiness, the doctors inside (the facility) allowed them to celebrate”.
